Transfers and renumbers sections 97.0585 and 741.4651 of Florida Statutes to consolidate public records exemptions for stalking victims.

Exempts names, addresses, and telephone numbers of stalking and aggravated stalking victims from public records disclosure, equivalent to protections for domestic violence victims in the Address Confidentiality Program.

Requires victims to file a sworn statement of stalking with the Attorney General and comply with procedures in sections 741.401-741.409 to receive the exemption.

Removes the scheduled October 2, 2015 repeal date for the exemption, making it permanent instead of subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act requirements.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
