Designates March 3, 2015, as "Navy Reserve Centennial Day" in Florida to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the United States Navy Reserve's establishment on March 3, 1915, when 17 state naval militias were combined into a single federal force.

Recognizes that 10 of 11 sailors in the Navy during World War II were Naval Reservists, enabling rapid expansion of the Navy to approximately 3.3 million sailors, including five future U.S. Presidents.

Acknowledges Florida's significant role hosting Navy Operational Support Centers in Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Pensacola, Tallahassee, and West Palm Beach, which account for 55 percent of the Navy Region Southeast Reserve Force.

Notes that Florida-based Navy centers provide military funeral honors to 64 percent of the more than 3,600 U.S. Navy funerals conducted annually in the state.

Directs presentation of the resolution to Rear Admiral Valerie K. Huegel, Commander of the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group and Flag Sponsor to Navy Operational Support Center, Tallahassee.
