Designates March 17, 2015, as "FSU Day" in the State of Florida in recognition of Florida State University's contributions to higher education.

Notes the FSU College of Medicine as the first new medical school accredited in the country in 20 years, having trained 163 physicians with 61 percent practicing primary care and 14 percent in rural, medically underserved areas.

Recognizes FSU's women's soccer team winning its first NCAA Women's College Cup by outscoring opponents 17-0 throughout the tournament without allowing a goal.
