Amends section 1008.22, Florida Statutes, regarding student assessment programs in public schools.

Limits school districts to a maximum of 10 school days per year for administering all local assessments and statewide standardized assessments combined.

Requires school district approval of additional days beyond the 10-day limit if needed to complete required assessments.

Maintains existing requirement for school districts to establish and approve assessment schedules at school board meetings and publish schedules on the district website by October 1 annually.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
