Authorizes the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to issue six new special license plates: Woman Veteran, World War II Veteran, Navy Submariner, Combat Action Ribbon, Air Force Combat Action Medal, and Distinguished Flying Cross

Applicants must provide proof of eligibility such as military discharge documents, proof of medal/badge receipt, or membership in qualifying organizations to obtain the specialty plates

Revenue from Woman Veteran license plate sales must be deposited into the Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund administered by the Department of Veterans' Affairs, specifically for creating and implementing programs to benefit women veterans

Existing license plate categories (Veteran, National Guard, Pearl Harbor Survivor, Purple Heart, Ex-POW, Korean War Veteran, Vietnam War Veteran, and various operation-specific plates) remain available with their current eligibility requirements

Effective date of July 1, 2015
