Expands exemption from civil liability for farmers who allow people to enter their land to remove farm produce or crops to apply at any time, rather than only after harvesting is complete.

Changes exemption language from applying to "persons" and "any farm produce or crops remaining in the fields following harvesting" to applying to "a person" removing "farm produce or crops that are removed" at any time.

Revises exceptions to the exemption to include gross negligence, intentional acts of the farmer, or the farmer's failure to warn of a dangerous condition that the farmer has actual knowledge of (unless the condition would be obvious to a person entering the land).

Removes the previous exception language regarding "known dangerous conditions not disclosed by the farmer" and replaces it with more specific language about actual knowledge and obvious conditions.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
