States that the Florida Commission on Human Relations found housing discrimination continues in Florida, with disability, race, national origin, familial status, and sex as the top five bases for discrimination complaints during fiscal year 2013-2014.

Encourages state and local governmental leaders, communities, and individuals to observe Fair Housing Month through ceremonies and activities celebrating efforts to ensure fair and equal housing access for all Floridians.
