Deletes the prohibition against carrying concealed weapons or firearms into college or university facilities, removing the exception that previously allowed only registered students, employees, or faculty members to carry stun guns or nonlethal electric weapons.

Maintains all other existing restrictions on concealed carry in locations including police stations, detention facilities, courthouses, polling places, legislative meetings, school athletic events, elementary and secondary school facilities, and airports.

Effective date of July 1, 2015.
