Expands the definition of "family day care home" to include residences that advertise child care services, regardless of whether they receive payment or operate for profit

Requires licensed or registered family day care homes to conspicuously display their license or registration in the common area of the home

Mandates that family day care homes provide proof of a written plan identifying a designated substitute who has met screening and training requirements, along with screening and background checks for operators, household members, and substitutes

Prohibits advertising any child care facility, family day care home, or large family child care home without including the license number, registration number, or exemption number in the advertisement

Establishes violation of advertising requirements as a first-degree misdemeanor punishable under Florida law
