Allows minors who are victims of sexual abuse to lawfully intercept and record oral communications of their abuser without the abuser's knowledge or consent

Amends section 934.03, Florida Statutes, which governs the interception and disclosure of wire, oral, or electronic communications

Adds a new exception (paragraph h) to the existing list of lawful interception circumstances under Florida's wiretapping laws

Makes conforming changes to cross-references within the statute to account for the new paragraph

Effective date of July 1, 2015
