Requires independent sanctioning authorities to immediately dismiss an athletic coach ejected from a game in leagues for children 12 years of age or younger for the remainder of that sport season.

Allows a dismissed athletic coach to resume working as a coach in the following sport season or later if the sanctioning authority determines the person remains qualified.

Requires independent sanctioning authorities to establish a due process appeal procedure for ejected coaches to challenge their ejections.

Mandates that the appeal process be expedited to reach a decision before the end of the applicable sport season when possible, with successful appeals resulting in reinstatement and permission to continue coaching for the remainder of the season.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
