Adds "disputes regarding homesteads" to the list of homeowner association disputes that must be subject to presuit mediation before court filing.

Changes statutory language from "shall" to "must" and "any assessment" to "an assessment" for grammatical consistency throughout the mediation requirements.

Modifies the presuit mediation demand form to require mediators be selected and disputes held within 90 days, with parties sharing mediation costs equally unless otherwise agreed.

Clarifies that a party failing to participate in the entire mediation process is not entitled to recover attorney fees, even if they prevail in subsequent litigation.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
