Creates section 119.17, F.S., establishing regulations for arrest booking photographs published or disseminated through publicly accessible print or electronic media.

Prohibits publishers or disseminators of arrest booking photographs from soliciting or accepting fees or other consideration to remove, correct, or modify the photographs.

Allows arrestees to bring civil action for injunction against violators; court must order photograph removal within 14 days and may impose civil penalty of $1,000 per day for noncompliance.

Entitles prevailing arrestees to reasonable attorney fees and costs; court shall terminate injunction once person demonstrates compliance with the law.

Exempts all state, regional, county, local, and municipal government entities from these restrictions; effective October 1, 2015.
