Establishes licensure requirements for structural engineers in Florida, effective March 1, 2017, prohibiting unlicensed individuals from practicing structural engineering or using related titles.

Requires structural engineer applicants to be licensed as professional engineers, have 4 years of active structural engineering experience, and pass the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying Structural Engineering examination.

Provides an exemption for applicants who apply before September 1, 2016, allowing them to satisfy experience and examination requirements through affidavit, current professional engineering license, or threshold inspector license instead of the national exam.

Permits simultaneous application for structural engineer licensure by applicants qualifying for professional engineer licensure if all requirements are met.

Allows structural engineer licensure by endorsement for applicants holding valid structural engineer licenses from other states that meet specified examination combinations or equivalent criteria.
