Increases the penalty for failing to stop for a school bus displaying a stop signal from $100 to $250, with license suspension of 6 months to 1 year for repeat offenses within 5 years (up from 90 days to 6 months)

Reclassifies passing a school bus on the side where children enter and exit as reckless driving under s. 316.192, subjecting violators to criminal penalties including up to 90 days imprisonment and/or fines of $25-$500 for first offense

Adds a mandatory $65 surcharge for reckless driving violations involving school buses, deposited into the Emergency Medical Services Trust Fund for trauma center payments

May be cited as "Gabby's Law for School Bus Stop Safety"
