Adds notice of approval for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as valid proof of identity for driver license applications in Florida.

Driver licenses or temporary permits issued based on DACA approval or other specified employment authorization documents are valid for no more than 1 year or the expiration date of the presented document, whichever occurs first.

Requires individuals who establish identity using employment authorization or DACA documents to obtain duplicate or replacement licenses in person and with resubmission of the same type of document.

Requires in-person renewal of driver licenses for individuals who used employment authorization or DACA documents to establish identity, with licenses expiring within 1 year or upon document expiration date, whichever is sooner.

Requires in-person submission of employment authorization or DACA documents when making name or address changes on a driver license for licensees who used such documents to establish identity.
