Requires the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to allow eligible applicants to receive Medicaid home and community-based waiver program services if their parent or legal guardian is on active military duty and was transferred to Florida while the applicant was already receiving such services in another state.

Allows applicants to receive home and community-based services if their parent or legal guardian is a member of the Florida National Guard or United States Reserve Forces and is based in Florida.

Applicants must still meet the eligibility requirements of section 393.065(1) to qualify for services under these provisions.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
