Renames the "Conditional Release Program" to the "Mandatory Supervision Program" throughout Florida statutes, effective October 1, 2015.

Expands mandatory supervision requirements to include violent offenders convicted of crimes in categories 1-4 of Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure committed on or after October 1, 2015, in addition to existing eligibility criteria.

Establishes legislative intent that intensive postprison supervision helps violent offenders transition to community settings and reduce recidivism.

Updates all references across 24 Florida statute sections to replace "conditional release" terminology with "mandatory supervision" while maintaining existing supervision conditions and requirements.

Specifies that the new Mandatory Supervision Program Act continues the prior Conditional Release Program Act with no interruption in legal effect or obligations.
