Authorizes local law enforcement agencies to establish voluntary verification call programs for residential intrusion and burglar alarm systems.

Allows homeowners to register with their local law enforcement agency to bypass the standard central monitoring verification call requirement and receive immediate police dispatch.

Requires program participants to provide primary and secondary telephone numbers to the local law enforcement agency on an application form or electronic format.

Mandates that alarm monitoring personnel immediately notify law enforcement of an alarm signal and then contact the registered telephone numbers on file for enrolled properties.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
