Distributes annual use fees to Rotary's Camp Florida, allowing up to 10 percent for administrative costs and marketing

Allocates up to 23 percent of proceeds as grants to Florida Rotary Districts that provide camp services to children, with remaining balance supporting camp programs and services

Takes effect October 1, 2015
