Allows package store licensed premises to have one entrance opening into another building or room, provided the entrance has a door that can be opened and closed and a separate outside entrance is available.

Permits package stores to maintain a private office or storage room that excludes patrons, in addition to the one allowable interior entrance.

Updates language in statute 565.04 to refer to "licensed premises" instead of "place of business" throughout the section.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
