Defines "branded product" as distilled spirits manufactured on-site that require federal certificate and label approval under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act.

Revises purchase limits for craft distillery consumers to allow purchase of no more than two containers per branded product, three containers of one product plus one of another, or four containers of a single branded product per calendar year.

Prohibits craft distilleries from shipping or arranging to ship distilled spirits to consumers, allowing only face-to-face sales and delivery at the distillery location within the state.

Requires the Department of Transportation to install directional signs for craft distilleries on highway rights-of-way under Florida's Highway Guide Sign Program upon request, with all associated costs paid by the requesting distillery.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
