Creates s. 322.266, F.S. requiring boating under the influence (BUI) convictions to be recorded on a person's driving record in the same manner as driving under the influence (DUI) convictions.

Requires BUI convictions to be reported to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

Treats prior BUI convictions as prior DUI convictions for purposes of enforcing DUI penalties and sentencing enhancements.

Treats prior DUI convictions as prior BUI convictions for purposes of enforcing boating under the influence penalties.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
