Deletes provisions stating a person has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand their ground when using non-deadly force in self-defense under section 776.012(1).

Removes the "stand your ground" language from section 776.012(2) regarding justification for using deadly force in self-defense, eliminating the right to stand ground when not engaged in criminal activity and in a place where the person has a right to be.

Eliminates the no-duty-to-retreat and stand-your-ground provisions from section 776.013(3) regarding use of force in one's dwelling, residence, or vehicle.

Removes stand-your-ground protections from section 776.031 regarding use of force in defense of property, both for non-deadly force (subsection 1) and deadly force (subsection 2).

Reenacts related statutory references in sections 790.25(5) and 776.032(1) to incorporate the amendments made by this act.
