Adds a new category for schools operating multiple sessions due to construction delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, requiring 810 net hours per session for grades 4-12 or 630 net hours per session for kindergarten through grade 3.

Removes the term "double-session school" and renumbers subsections for schools utilizing experimental calendars approved by the Department of Education.

Maintains existing full-time student requirements of 900 net hours for grades 4-12 and 720 net hours for kindergarten through grade 3 in standard schools.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
