Required notices must be in type size at least as large as the majority of the agreement text and must be separately initialed by the tenant.

Unwritten agreements or agreements lacking the required notice create a presumption that tenant insurance is not required, and tenants cannot sue landlords for failure to enforce insurance requirements.
