Removes the exception from the definition of "convenience business" that previously excluded businesses where the owner or family members work between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Moves the family-worker exception to the security requirements section, making it applicable only to security measure obligations rather than the business definition itself.

Eliminates the requirement for convenience businesses to submit training curricula for biennial reapproval with a $100 administrative fee.

Removes the requirement that approved curricula be subject to reapproval 2 years after initial approval and biennially thereafter.

Makes technical and grammatical corrections to existing provisions regarding security measures, training requirements, and liability protections, with an effective date of July 1, 2015.
