Consolidates separate reemployment rules for Florida Retirement System members retired before and after July 1, 2010 into a single standard that allows retirees to work for state-administered retirement system employers without time restrictions on receiving both salary and retirement benefits.

Eliminates the 12-month waiting period before retirees can receive both salary and retirement benefits when reemployed by a Florida Retirement System employer, and removes the 6-month prohibition that applied to those retiring on or after July 1, 2010.

Removes detailed restrictions previously applied to specific educational institutions (school boards, Florida College System, State University System, charter schools) regarding substitute and hourly positions and hour limitations (780 hours) during the first year of retirement.

Removes provisions requiring retirees employed in violation of reemployment limitations to notify employers and retirement administrators and suspending benefits during violation periods.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
