Amends Florida Statutes section 817.36 to comprehensively regulate ticket sales, resales, and online ticket platforms, replacing previous resale-only provisions.

Limits resellers to charging only $1 above face value for most tickets, with exceptions for travel, multiday park tickets, and charitable organization events under 3,000 tickets per performance.

Prohibits using technology or software to bypass ticket-buying security measures, disguise purchaser identity, or circumvent purchase limits, with violations constituting second-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to $10,000 fine.

Requires resale websites and online marketplaces to clearly disclose refund policies, that prices may exceed face value, ticket face value and seat location, and whether tickets are in the reseller's physical possession before purchase completion.

Prohibits resale websites or online marketplaces from claiming affiliation or endorsement with venues or artists without express written consent, with violations constituting third-degree felony punishable by up to $10,000 fine; authorizes Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to investigate violations and pursue civil or criminal action.
