Adds hospital districts to the list of public bodies exempt from appropriating revenues to the redevelopment trust fund, but only for community redevelopment areas created after July 1, 2015.

Defines the exemption to apply only to hospital districts that are special districts as defined in section 189.012, Florida Statutes.

Reenacts section 259.042(9), Florida Statutes to incorporate the amendment made to section 163.387 in a reference thereto.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
