Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability shall conduct a study of obstacles to achieving adequate health care provider networks for Medicaid recipients.

Study shall consult with the Agency for Health Care Administration and the Department of Health to develop strategies reducing racial and ethnic health disparities in Florida.

Office shall submit findings and recommendations to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 1, 2016.

Study authorization expires June 30, 2016.

Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
