Establishes the Calder Sloan Swimming Pool Electrical-Safety Task Force within the Florida Building Commission to study and recommend revisions to Florida electrical safety standards for swimming pools, including grounding, bonding, lighting, and wiring.

Task force consists of 10 members: the Florida Building Commission chair (or designee), the State Surgeon General (or designee), and 8 appointed members representing electrical contractors, general contractors, pool contractors, electric utilities, building code inspectors, real estate brokers, public pool owners, and private pool owners.

Members elect the chair and serve without compensation but may receive travel and expense reimbursement under section 112.061, Florida Statutes.

Florida Building Commission must provide staff, information, and assistance to support the task force, which may hold meetings via conference call or teleconferencing.

Task force must submit its report to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House by October 1, 2015; the task force expires December 31, 2015.
