Amends section 125.01, Florida Statutes, to authorize counties with a population of 1 million or more to establish maximum rates that permit holders may charge taxi drivers to operate a taxi under the permit.

Notwithstanding section 125.0103 or any other provision of law, large counties gain regulatory authority over taxi driver lease rates from permit holders.

Effective date of July 1, 2015.
