Amends Florida Statute 776.013 to remove the requirement that a person must be "attacked" to invoke the duty-to-retreat exception in their dwelling, residence, or vehicle.

Establishes that a person in their own dwelling, residence, or vehicle has no duty to retreat and may stand their ground regardless of whether they are attacked, provided the use of force complies with sections 776.012(1)-(2) or 776.031(1)-(2).

Reenacts section 776.032(1) to incorporate the amendment to section 776.013 in its reference.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
