Requires the Department of Revenue to pay for all aerial photographs and nonproperty ownership maps provided to property appraisers, eliminating previous cost-sharing based on county population.

Removes authority for the Department of Revenue to charge property appraisers fees for photographs and maps or deposit such fees into the Certification Program Trust Fund.

Maintains requirement that the Department of Revenue furnish aerial photographs and nonproperty ownership maps upon request or at least once every 3 years to ensure all real property is properly listed on tax rolls.

Deletes authorization for property appraisers to pay fees to the Department of Revenue for the costs of aerial photographs and nonproperty ownership maps.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
