Requires the Department of the Lottery to place lottery prizes in an escrow account for 1 year if the winner has been convicted of sexual battery, lewd acts, or other sexual misconduct under specified Florida statutes.

Holds escrowed prizes subject to resolution of civil claims filed by victims of the sexual offenses committed by the prize winner.

Assigns the appropriate state agency and judicial branch the responsibility to identify and notify the Department of the Lottery of individuals convicted of the specified sexual offenses or owing outstanding debts.

Directs notifications to be provided in the form and format prescribed by the Department of the Lottery.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
