Maintains existing criminal penalties and sentencing guidelines for possession, sale, manufacture, and trafficking of controlled substances, including mandatory minimum sentences for trafficking violations.

Ensures consistent application of drug-related laws across all relevant Florida statutes by updating cross-references to the controlled substances schedule.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
