Exempts location information of safe houses, safe foster homes, and residential facilities serving children who are victims of sexual exploitation from public records requirements under Florida Statutes s. 409.1678.

Exempts location information of residential facilities serving adult victims of human trafficking involving commercial sexual activity from public records requirements under Florida Statutes s. 787.06.

Allows location information to be shared between agencies as necessary to maintain health and safety standards and address emergency situations at these facilities.

Both exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2020, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Establishes public necessity finding that protecting facility locations prevents exploiters from locating victims and inhibits continued victimization and recovery interference.
