Creates section 509.055 requiring public service establishments to advise and train employees on the dangers of using liquid nitrogen in food preparation, including proper handling, ventilation, and ensuring complete evaporation before serving.

Creates section 562.457 requiring establishments licensed to serve alcoholic beverages to advise and train employees on liquid nitrogen dangers when used in drink preparation, with identical safety precautions as food establishments.

Defines "liquid nitrogen" as nitrogen existing in liquid state at or below approximately -320 degrees Fahrenheit and "inadequately ventilated area" as one where nitrogen gas displaces oxygen.

Requires both food and beverage establishments to notify guests or customers of the danger associated with consuming liquid nitrogen before serving items prepared with it.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
