Amends section 847.0137 to specify that each act of sending or delivering child pornography constitutes a separate offense rather than treating multiple transmissions as a single offense.

Changes language in subsection (4) from "shall not be construed" to "may not be construed" regarding prosecution under other state laws for child pornography transmission.

Clarifies that the definition of "transmit" applies to sending "an" image, information, or data (singular act focus) rather than "any" such material.

Reenacts sections 775.0847(2) and 856.022(1) to incorporate the amendments made to section 847.0137 in their statutory references.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
