Extends sovereign immunity under Florida Tort Claims Act to employees and agents of health care providers who contract with governmental contractors to deliver services to low-income recipients.

Allows free clinics to receive legislative appropriations and grants to employ or supplement volunteer health care providers without such funding constituting compensation for services under the contract.

Requires written acknowledgment of notice at the initial visit (rather than just receipt) informing patients that their health care provider is an agent of a governmental contractor and that s. 768.28 provides the exclusive remedy for injuries.

Permits posting of notice in a conspicuous location for federally funded community health centers as an alternative to individual patient notice, clarifying the provision applies to any health care provider acting as an agent.

Deletes obsolete date references to April 17, 1992, and takes effect July 1, 2015.
