Exempts nonresidential farm buildings and agricultural pole barns (structures with 90% or more open perimeter walls) from the Florida Fire Prevention Code without occupancy or use restrictions.

Provides alternative exemption for nonresidential farm buildings used for secondary assembly, business, or mercantile purposes if occupancy is under 100 persons, has adequate egress, meets space requirements per person, and prohibits combustible liquid storage.

Requires the State Fire Marshal to conduct a study on secondary uses of farm buildings exceeding 100 persons and establish a workgroup by September 1, 2015, including representatives from agricultural and fire service organizations.

Directs the State Fire Marshal to initiate rulemaking by December 1, 2015, if the study determines alternative life safety or fire prevention standards are needed for farm buildings exceeding 100 persons.

Increases tent exemption from the Florida Fire Prevention Code from 900 square feet (30 feet by 30 feet) to 900 square feet, and allows local fire officials to consider NFPA 101A Safety Evaluation System when identifying alternatives to firesafety code requirements.
