Updates the definition of "capital account" or "tangible equity capital" to reference the National Credit Union Administration 5300 Call Report for credit unions in addition to the banking call report.

Reenacts 28 separate Florida statutes to incorporate the amended definition of "qualified public depository" into existing references throughout state law governing public funds deposits and investments.
