Expands the definition of "problem-solving court" to include drug courts, veterans' courts, and mental health courts, rather than limiting transfers to drug court programs only.

Allows defendants eligible for problem-solving court programs to request case transfer to another county with such a program if the defendant agrees and both the transferring and receiving court representatives agree.

Requires different transfer order documentation for pretrial cases (including probable cause affidavit, charging documents, reports, and witness statements) versus postadjudicatory cases (including final disposition and charging documents).

Directs the receiving court to set a hearing before the problem-solving court judge to ensure the defendant's entry into the program after transfer.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
