Creates a third-degree felony for trespassing on the operational area of an airport with intent to injure another person, damage property, or impede aircraft operations.

Defines "operational area of an airport" as any airport portion where public access is prohibited by fences or signs, including runways, taxiways, ramps, apron areas, aircraft parking and storage areas, fuel storage areas, and maintenance areas.

Establishes that the offense is punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084.
