Amends Florida law to exclude third parties to an insurance policy from eligibility for attorney fee awards in lawsuits against insurers.

Attorney fees are not available if the suit is brought by or on behalf of a third party, or if any judgment proceeds are awarded to a third party.

Makes technical corrections to the statute section title, changing "Attorney's fee" to "Attorney fees."

Reenacts 14 related Florida statutes to incorporate the amendment regarding third party exclusions from attorney fee provisions.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
