Exempts volunteers at Centers for Independent Living from background screening requirements if they work less than 10 hours per month and are supervised by an employee within line of sight.

Renames the James Patrick Memorial Work Incentive Personal Attendant Services Program to include Employment Assistance and expands it to provide support services beyond personal care attendants to help persons with severe disabilities obtain or maintain competitive employment.

Revises program eligibility to focus on competitive employment (public or private sector work earning comparable wages) rather than substantial gainful employment, and allows services for those accepting imminent job offers or maintaining employment.

Replaces the existing oversight group with an advisory group to make recommendations on program policies and procedures, and requires the Florida Association of Centers for Independent Living to maintain an agreement with the Florida Endowment Foundation for Vocational Rehabilitation.

Increases the maximum contract amount for state attorneys participating in the tax collection enforcement diversion program from $50,000 to $75,000 per state attorney and updates statutory references to reflect the program's name change.
