Expands public records exemption in s. 324.242, F.S. to include bodily injury liability insurance policies, in addition to existing personal injury protection and property damage liability policies held by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

Keeps personal identifying information of insureds and insurance policy numbers confidential and exempt from public records laws, with limited release allowed upon written request and crash report to accident parties, their attorneys, or insurers.

Adds sunset provision requiring the exemption to automatically repeal on October 2, 2020, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts it under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Declares public necessity for the exemption, citing prevention of competitor solicitation, protection of proprietary business information, fraud prevention, and protection of insureds from unwanted solicitations related to motor vehicle accidents.

Contingent effective date tied to passage and enactment of another referenced bill (SB ____) in the same legislative session.
