Authorizes senders to post trust documents to secure electronic accounts or websites with prior written authorization from recipients enumerating specific documents that may be posted.

Requires senders to provide a separate non-electronic notice when documents are posted, with documents deemed received on the earlier of when the separate notice is received or when the recipient accesses the document.

Mandates annual written notices (sent by non-electronic means) reminding recipients that posting may commence limitations periods as short as 6 months and that authorization can be amended or revoked at any time; failure to send notice within 380 days automatically revokes authorization.

Requires electronically posted documents remain accessible to recipients for at least 4 years after receipt, with the ability to download or print them.

Establishes that electronic messages are deemed received when sent unless the sender has knowledge the message failed to reach the recipient; service in judicial proceedings remains governed by Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
