Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of active or former law enforcement personnel, Department of Children and Families investigators, Department of Health child abuse investigators, Department of Revenue and local government revenue/child support enforcement personnel, and Florida Commission on Offender Review commissioners and specified personnel from public records disclosure.

Extends exemptions to spouses, children, parents, siblings, and cohabitants of the listed personnel, protecting their home addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, dates of birth, and places of employment from public disclosure.

Adds capital collateral regional counsel and assistant capital collateral regional counsel to the list of public defenders and criminal defense counsel whose personal information and family information is protected from disclosure.

Exempts residential addresses, personal email addresses, license plate numbers, and banking/financial information of all listed personnel categories and their family members from public records requirements.

Exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and shall expire on October 2, 2020, unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective date is July 1, 2015.
